Maschere (40×40 cm, tecnica mista su cartoncino telato), nasce come riflessione sulla duplicità dell’identità. “Imparerai a tue spese che nel lungo tragitto della vita incontrerai tante maschere e pochi volti.” — L. Pirandello.
Ogni giorno indossiamo maschere diverse per adattarci alle richieste del mondo esterno; solo nell’intimità più sicura le depostiamo, rivelando ciò che siamo davvero. L’opera appartiene al progetto di studio sulla simbologia delle Maschere ed è stata pubblicata su riviste e siti web tra cui Tracciati d'Arte ed ha partecipato a varie esposizione in italia e all'estero.
Was created as a reflection on the duality of identity. “You will learn at your own expense that, along the long journey of life, you will encounter many masks and few faces.” — L. Pirandello. Each day we wear different masks to adapt to the expectations of the outside world; only in our safest intimacy do we lay them down and reveal who we truly are. Part of the artist’s ongoing study on the symbolism of Masks, the work has been featured in magazines and online platforms — including Tracciati d’Arte — and has taken part in various exhibitions in Italy and abroad.
Concorso 9”, tre opere dialogano tra loro esplorando emozioni, confini e dualità. Rosso (23×23 cm, tecnica mista su telata) concentra in un’unica superficie la forza primordiale delle emozioni: rabbia, passione, paura, grinta — ogni forma è un impulso, ogni sfumatura un sentire. Margini (23×23 cm, xilografia e linografia), premiata nella II edizione del progetto-concorso, indaga i confini che attraversano l’umanità: ideologici, culturali, geografici, spirituali. Limiti che separano o uniscono, che definiscono identità e possibilità. YinYang (23×23 cm, pastello su carta) racconta l’equilibrio tra opposti — luce e ombra, vita e morte, maschile e femminile — attraverso un’immagine ambigua che rivela simboli nascosti, ispirati alle tradizioni indigene d’America. Tre visioni autonome, ma unite da un’unica ricerca: comprendere ciò che ci muove, ciò che ci divide e ciò che ci ricompone.
Brings together three works that converse with one another, exploring emotions, boundaries and duality. Rosso (23×23 cm, mixed media on canvas board) concentrates the primordial force of emotion into a single surface: anger, passion, fear, determination — every shape is an impulse, every shade a feeling. Margini (23×23 cm, woodcut and linocut), awarded in the second edition of the project‑competition, investigates the boundaries that cross humanity: ideological, cultural, geographical and spiritual — limits that separate or unite, defining identities and possibilities. YinYang (23×23 cm, pastel on paper) speaks of the balance between opposites — light and shadow, life and death, masculine and feminine — through an ambiguous image that reveals hidden symbols inspired by Indigenous American traditions. Three autonomous visions, yet united by a single inquiry: to understand what moves us, what divides us, and what brings us back together.
Zodiaco (30x30 cm 50x50 cm, tecnica mista su legno) nasce dal fascino antico che gli astri esercitano sull’essere umano. Divinità, simboli, archetipi e personaggi celebri si intrecciano in un percorso visivo che attraversa i quattro elementi — fuoco, terra, aria e acqua — trasformandoli in mappe di caratteri ed energie. L’opera unisce illustrazione, découpage e narrazione simbolica, restituendo un cosmo in cui mito e immaginazione continuano a guidare lo sguardo e il destino. Realizzabile anche su commissione, ha partecipato a diverse collettive in Italia ed è stata pubblicata sui portali della Galleria GARD, confermando la ricerca dell’artista dedicata ai linguaggi simbolici e agli universi archetipici.
Born from the ancient fascination that the stars exert on humanity, Zodiaco weaves deities, symbols, archetypes and renowned figures into a visual journey across the four elements — fire, earth, air and water — transforming them into maps of character and energy. The work combines illustration, découpage and symbolic narration, offering a cosmos where myth and imagination continue to guide both gaze and destiny. Created also on commission, it has taken part in several group exhibitions in Italy and has been featured on the online platforms of Galleria GARD, confirming the artist’s ongoing research into symbolic languages and archetypal universes.
Corteccie (50×40 cm, pastello su tavola) nasce dall’idea che la vita, il corpo e l’inconscio siano in continua metamorfosi. Come una foresta che appare immobile solo in superficie, l’opera rivela contraddizioni, luci e ombre che abitano il nostro vissuto. Le trame della corteccia diventano metafore di emozioni intime e spazi interiori accessibili soltanto all’immaginazione. Presentata nella mostra Arte e Saperi presso l’Accademia dei Romani e in altre esposizioni in Italia inoltre pubblicata su diversi siti web, conferma la centralità del simbolo della foresta nella ricerca dell’artista, dove materia e psiche si intrecciano in un processo di trasformazione continua.
Is born from the idea that life, the body and the unconscious are in constant metamorphosis. Like a forest that appears still only on the surface, the work reveals the contradictions, lights and shadows that inhabit our lived experience. The textures of the bark become metaphors for intimate emotions and inner spaces accessible only through imagination. Presented in the exhibition Arte e Saperi at the Accademia dei Romani and in other shows across Italy, and published on various art platforms, it confirms the central role of the forest as a symbol in the artist’s research, where matter and psyche intertwine in a continuous process of transformation.
Serie Minotauro, un attraversamento dell’emarginazione e dell’isolamento forzato, luoghi interiori in cui il corpo e la mente cercano vie di fuga. Le tele, eterogenee nelle dimensioni e realizzate con acrilico su tela e interventi di collage, diventano stanze simboliche: spazi chiusi, presenze inquietanti, spiragli di luce, gesti che tentano di oltrepassare il limite. Ogni immagine è un frammento di resistenza e desiderio: il bisogno di evadere, di rompere la soglia, di ritrovare un varco possibile dentro l’oscurità.
Born from the idea of crossing through marginalization and forced isolation, these works inhabit inner places where the body and mind search for escape routes. The canvases, heterogeneous in size and created with acrylic on canvas and collage elements, become symbolic rooms: closed spaces, unsettling presences, glimmers of light, gestures that attempt to push beyond the threshold. Each image is a fragment of resistance and longing — the need to break free, to cross the boundary, to find a possible passage within the darkness.
